Mandy Strong Retouching Studio was founded in 2006 on a simple belief: the best post-production work disappears into the image, elevating everything without drawing attention to itself. Nearly two decades later, that philosophy still drives every project we take on.

We partner with photographers, creative directors, producers, and brands to bring imagery to its fullest potential — whether that's a commercial campaign, an entertainment key art package, or a high-end editorial spread. Every project, regardless of scale, gets the same level of craft, intention, and care.

Mandy Strong / Founder & Lead Retoucher

Mandy grew up in the Washington D.C. area and studied fine art at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where an early passion for fashion photography evolved into a deep fluency in post-production and image-making. After building her foundation at a Baltimore studio, she launched Mandy Strong Retouching Studio to focus on the work she cared most about — beauty, fashion, commercial retouching, and entertainment key art.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Mandy has built a reputation for retouching that's precise, collaborative, and creatively intelligent. Her work spans major commercial brands, network television campaigns, and the pages of the world's most recognized fashion publications. She approaches every collaboration as a creative partnership, fully invested in bringing her clients' vision to life through post-production.
